Support Contract Lingo

Please see the plan details to the right. Here are some of the terms and conditions for Support Contracts:

Support contracts are started with a 2 month trial to ensure you have the right package. After that, we'll sign your contract at your convenience, at your business. At that time, if you feel you need to upgrade or downgrade to a new support contract, there is a minor fee.

You will receive a 10% discount for a pre-payment of one year. (Offer not valid with "1 Hour a Quater" and "1 Hour Every-Other-Month" plans.)

For those businesses with very specific needs, we also offer custom packages, just let us know exactly what you require and we can customize a package for you.

4 Hour Support Contract :: $409.90 /mo

Our 4 Hour Support Contract is best for a smaller business owner with up to ten computers. The plan includes the following:

  • 4 Hour of on-site help each month. Each additional hour is billed at $81/hr 10% off).
  • Remote monitoring of up to 20 workstations for half off (Included).
  • Remote monitoring of up to 1 server for 25% off (price included, Additional Servers are billed at an extra $18/mo (10% off).
  • No hidden fees, no attempted upsells when we visit!

Our normal price for the on-site support and monitoring for this same plan is $529.69! The fees don't change depending on the job or the time, just 1 low price, no matter what. Also, remember that you will receive a 10% discount on the base price for prepayment for a year.

Protocol16 will spend approximately 1 to 2 hours at your location during your first month (reduced to $75 for any extra time during your first month) in order to iron out any odd problems and ensure that your systems are setup to allow the maximum usage of time. Once a month, Protocol16 will arrive at a pre-determined date and time to look over your computers to ensure that there are no problems, virus problems or spyware. Since we monitor your computers remotely, we'll also known when there are unique problems. When odd problems pop up, we'll alert you as soon as possible to determine how you would like to handle the situation. We'll even answer odd questions here and there during our visit so that you're completely comfortable with your environment.
