While working for several Technical Support type companies, our founder realized that the biggest thing missing from the most support companies is the personal touch. We focus on your customer experience. While we can fix your computer, we fix, explain and give you pointers on how to do various things vs just fixing it and leaving. This is especially true you need to understand what happened so you don't need to spend more money fixing the same thing over and over again.
